Our Story

In 1996, two engineers Mr. Sandeep Mundra & Mr. Ravi Kant started the Art Asia venture with the vision of creating handicrafts and furniture using contemporary practices rooted deep into Indian traditions to serve the international market. Looking to expand their production facility and tap into larger markets worldwide, the two, along with Mr. Girish Mehta, who has been with the organization since 2001, laid the foundation stone for A&D International Pvt. Ltd. at a premium industrial zone in Jaipur, India in 2013.

Little did they know that they were not just expanding their manufacturing capability but also sowing seeds for an organization that would become a pioneer in the furniture industry and cater to the growing global demand for home and office furniture.

The use of modern machinery, a skilled workforce, and maintaining quality standards have helped us manufacture and deliver the best class furniture to our wholesale and retail customers worldwide and be their preferred choice. We take pride in manufacturing a diverse range of furniture products and serving our customer needs at the highest level of quality and value.

Since the factory began production, we at A&D have served some of the top furniture brands across Europe and America, and always believed in creating a top quality product.

At the core of the total land area of 20000 sq. m. lies our manufacturing unit of 10000 sq. m. All our processes are controlled in-house right from wood procurement to chemical treatment, seasoning, machining, assembling, sanding, polishing and finishing, helping us deliver currently over 240 containers of furniture per annum. Another 2000 sq. m. area is being prepared to increase our container capacity from present 240 to 300 containers annually.

Today at A&D, we are a family of around 200 people working harmoniously in crafting furniture that’s more than just simple machining. Each product we create is unique and requires not just machinery but also human touch to give it the subtleness it requires.
